A Space to Reimagine Asheville and our Bioregion
More than just a venue, our downtown Asheville hub is a collaborative space designed to spark connection, creativity, and systems-level change. From strategic gatherings to cultural celebrations, this is where vision meets action—and where community comes together to build something bigger than any one organization could do alone.

Core Strategy Office
Where vision takes root.
Our main working space is where the Blueprint for Impact core team gathers to strategize, hold one-on-one conversations, and develop emerging portfolios that drive collective impact. It’s also where we host Portfolio Catalyst Sessions, inviting key players to co-create bold, regenerative initiatives.

Networking & Connection Nights
Making impact social.
Community doesn’t build itself—it needs time, space, and conversation. Our Hub is available for hosting intentional networking events that bring together changemakers across sectors.

Partner-Led Co-Hosted Events
Shared space, shared vision.
We love co-creating events with mission-aligned partners. Whether you’re a nonprofit, small business, grassroots group, or creative collective, we invite you to bring your ideas to life in a space built for collaboration and knowledge sharing. These events amplify the community, spark new connections, and support multi-sector partnerships.

Art & Culture
Because regeneration includes joy.
We believe celebration is a powerful form of resistance and regeneration. Our Hub is open to co-hosting music, dance, and cultural events that uplift local artists and bring vibrancy into the movement.
Collaboration, Innovation & Regeneration
The Impact Hub is more than just a venue—it’s a shared space for regenerative thinkers, creators, and doers to come together. While we will be hosting many events ourselves, we are also seeking partnerships with like-minded individuals and organizations who want to co-create impactful experiences in this space.
Whether you’re an educator, storyteller, artist, entrepreneur, or community leader, we invite you to host an event, lead a workshop, or collaborate on a gathering that aligns with regenerative values.
